TEACHER | STUDIO MANAGER
Nicole was born and raised in Chicago. Her journey in linking movement with breath began when she took her first gymnastics class at age eight and spent the next 10 years competing on gymnastics teams. After graduating from Colorado State University, she moved to Oregon and settled in Bend.
When she found yoga, it felt like coming home in both her body and spirit. Through her own practice, she has experienced yoga’s ability to heal grief, clear the mind, create a deeper awareness of the physical body, enhance quality of life, and awaken true potential.
Nicole is a RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance® and a graduate of The Yoga Lab’s 200-Hour and 300-Hour Vinyasa and Hatha Teacher Trainings. She has also attended workshops and intensives in Colorado, California and Washington to continue her studies.
When a lifelong passion for travel merged with her love of yoga, it led her to pilgrimages in Nepal, Bali, and Thailand for deeper immersion in the culture, sacred sites, and traditions of the East.
Nicole is also the Studio Manager of The Yoga Lab. When she’s not behind the front desk, on her mat, or teaching, you will find her traveling, enjoying live music, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and hiking. She has lived in Bend since 2000 with her husband.
Nicole teaches All Levels Vinyasa on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12:00PM and Thursdays at 4:30PM.
