MANY OF OUR CLASSES ARE WARMED TO ABOUT 80 degrees F to promote a healthy sweat without overheating. Other classes are around 75 degrees and we do not use air conditioning. Single class Drop in: $16; Noon classes are $8 drop in (available to buy in studio) or use your class pass/unlimited membership.






* All class packages expire after 1 year from date of purchase.

* Class packages can be shared or transferred to another client.

*Monthly Unlimited AutoPay Contract: 30 continuous days unlimited yoga autopay on a 3 month contract for $80 per month. Automatic withdraw will occur on the initial date of purchase and exactly 30 days after the 1st and 2nd payments for a total of $240. After 3 payments the contract automatically renews for an additional 3 month contract. You may cancel future contracts during the last 30 days of your existing contract. You may not cancel the contract on the 1st day or later of your next contract period. You will get an automatically generated email when it is possible to cancel your next contract. You can simply reply to that email with your cancel request, or simply email anytime to cancel your contract. This option cannot be placed on hold and cannot be extended unless client suffers injury for which they are not able to practice and can show a note indicating such from a qualified practitioner.

* Unlimited memberships may not be shared, transferred or divided and are valid for the continuous number of days described. We reserve the right to limit the number of classes you can attend in a single day if we are concerned about your health and well being. Only one unlimited membership can be purchased at a time (without the 3 month autopay contract). Only in cases of severe injury (with a note from a qualified practitioner) or emergency may unlimited packages be put “on hold” or may class packages be extended beyond the one-year expiration date. To request an extension of your class pack or membership, please contact The Yoga Lab.

* Class purchases may not be returned or exchanged. All sales for services including classes and workshops are final (with the exception of unexpected class or workshop cancellations).

Workshop Cancellation: Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 50%. Withdrawal from an event with less than 24 hours notice (or failure to attend) will not receive any refund or credit. Thanks for your understanding.

Our Hatha Flow classes blend attention to optimal postural alignment with elements of the fluidity of a Vinyasa class. You will receive more instruction in how to get in to, and out of, the poses in a balanced and bio-mechanically healthy way. We give newer students support and attention but also offer more challenging options for more experienced yoga practitioners.

Hatha is translated as Ha meaning “sun” tha meaning “moon” and refers to balancing the energies of the body.

Yoga asana (postures) balanced with meditative reflection. Our Hatha Yoga class does not involve sun salutations or fast transitions.

Restorative yoga is a therapeutic practice of conscious relaxation that supports mental, emotional, and physical health in the body. Instead of using muscular strength and movement, the body is encouraged to stretch and open by being more passive and receptive. Students will rest in poses longer, and both inner and outer stillness develops gradually in a safe, quiet environment. The focus is on gentle actions and breath formulas that enhance circulation, quiet the mind, and reduce tension. This process is facilitated by using props whenever possible in postures that promote healing and well being.

A creative, slower paced Vinyasa practice incorporating a full range of poses, Soulful Flow unwinds your body and soothes your nervous system, opening you to more groundedness in your daily life.

Beginning with meditation and moving into a gentle flow, we use the breath throughout class to connect to the present moment.

Teacher takes requests from students before each practice and nimbly incorporates them into her sequence. The focus can include heart opening backbends, unwinding tightness through hip openers and releasing the lower back through side body lengthening. We always end with a long, relaxing savasana.

Soulful Flow will reset your mind, body and spirit. Come. Feel the difference.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, therapeutic yoga style combining breath and postures (vinyasa), in order to focus the mind and bring about radiant health to the body and being. Led practice is Sundays at 8:30AM and is included in The Yoga Lab memberships and class packs. “Mysore Style” is Monday – Friday 7AM – 9AM and is a separate program.

The “Mysore Style” of yoga class allows each student to develop their own practice in a group setting & energy following sequential groupings of postures. Student’s are “led” through the postures by the teacher until they memorize their particular practice sequence. After which, more advanced postures are added, and verbal as well as hands on assistance is given to allow a student to go deeper in the practice of opening their bodies and minds.

Vinyasa links movement with breath in a dynamic and fluid practice. Yoga postures are linked together using the breath to create a seamless flow of the poses. This continuous flow builds a strong body and clear mind.

*This class is suitable for students already comfortable with basic yoga postures.


This is a vigorous vinyasa practice with deeper exploration of the poses.

*This class is designed for the more experienced student.


A moderately paced flowing sequence of sun salutations, standing postures and focus areas with an emphasis on healthy alignment to strengthen and balance the body through range of motion and yoga asana (postures) for radiance from the inside out. This class includes breathing exercises (pranayama) to support cleansing and vitality and mantra to support clarity of intent. The focus on alignment and stability support each practitioner in embodied awareness and promote healthy movement patterns for yoga asana and for every day life.


Experience a moderately paced flowing sequence of sun salutations, standing postures and focus areas with an emphasis on healthy alignment to strengthen and balance the body through range of motion and yoga asana (postures) for radiance from the inside out. This class includes breathing exercises (pranayama) to support cleansing and vitality and mantra to support clarity of intent. The focus on alignment and stability support each practitioner in embodied awareness and promote healthy movement patterns for yoga asana and for every day life. Level 2 will work up to more intermediate postures.


Small group sessions (max of 4 clients) include a postural assessment followed by a specific series of movements and yoga postures to support stability and mobility that will translate out into your daily life: the way you walk, the way you move around in the world, and the way you approach athletic endeavors. Each individual person has a unique body type and unique habituated movement patterns that will be addressed in these small group sessions. These sessions are perfect if you have chronic physical pain, injuries, or conditions that require specific consideration, AND/OR if you want to learn more about your patterns and prevent pain and injuries through intelligently designed yoga sequences for your body.

Private lessons are available to help you refine your practice or work with physical limitations or injuries. Private class rates are $70/hr.

Also, private group sessions are wonderful for birthdays, family gatherings, bridal showers or baby showers (pre-natal sessions are available). Please contact us for small group rates.



We welcome you as your are and aim to support your personal journey on the mat. So that we can best serve you, please agree to the following observances as you join us for your yoga practice.


Saucha from the 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga means cleanliness of body. Please come to yoga clean and free of strong body odor. Please practice saucha/cleanliness.

We ask that you respect our sacred practice space, and your fellow yoginis and yogis, by coming to class with your body and clothes clean. Refrain from using perfume, strong scented deodorants, essential oils and hair spray.


Are you ill? If so, please stay home.

Please respect your fellow practitioners by staying home if you are ill. If you are ill but feeling well enough to practice, please keep in mind that cold and flu viruses are spread by airborne secretions after sneezing and/or coughing in addition to contact with contaminated surfaces. General guidelines: if you are sneezing and/or coughing uncontrollably and/or have to frequently blow your nose please stay home. Rest is the best remedy for you.


Please, turn off your cell phone before entering The Lab. The Yoga Lab studio and lobby share air, please silence your cell phone.


Tell your teacher if you are pregnant or have an injury. This will help keep you safe as your teacher will know your needs and will be able to support you in your practice. Our teachers do give hands on adjustments and it is important that they are aware of your limitations before doing so. Please approach your teacher prior to class as needed. We welcome meeting you and learning about your needs!


We keep the door open for 10 minutes after the start time of class. Then we lock the door. If you are in that 10 minute window feel free to come on in! If not, we will see you next time. We totally understand that lateness happens and is a part of life. Please do your best to be on time so that you can sign in at the front desk and note that it can be disruptive to have latecomers join in after class starts.


Need to leave early? You are welcome to leave early. Remember that savasana IS the most important pose and giving your nervous system a break can do wonders for your day and life. If you need to leave before the teacher closes class please quietly roll up your mat, put away your props and depart. You are welcome to take savasana early.
