Yoga Basics: 4 Week Series

This 4-week series will set you up for a well-informed yoga practice. Strengthen your body, increase range of motion, balance your nervous system and your physiology through yoga!
Class 1 – Steady and Joyful
Explore standing poses and find flexibility and strength in your hips.
Class 2 – Go with the Flow
Sun salutations, standing poses, and backbending fundamentals.
Class 3 – Flirting with Inverting and Ready to Fly Introductions to inversions and hand balancing.
Class 4 – Full spectrum class
Integrate what you have learned and know that there is always more.
This series is intended for people who are new to yoga or who have done yoga for less than 1 year (cumulative) who want to take time to move at a slow but steady pace to increase understanding of the postures.
Fee: $60/4 Sessions

Workshop Refund Policy:
Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 100%. Less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
