Yoga Basics 4-Week Series

Join The Yoga Lab’s Yoga Basics Series. 4 classes to get you ready to join ongoing yoga classes with more confidence and foundational knowledge.

Sundays October 18th, 25th, and November 1st & 8th
1:00PM-2:15PM

-In studio! Limited to 8 participants-

Instructor: Ulla Lundgren has more than 25 years experience as a yoga teacher. She is known for her ability to make yoga accessible and fun for all ages and abilities. Ulla welcomes you exactly they way you are and looks forward to providing you with a good start in yoga.

Class 1 – Steady and Joyful

Explore standing poses and find flexibility and strength in your hips.

Class 2 – Go with the Flow
Sun salutations, standing poses, and backbending fundamentals.

Class 3 – Flirting with Inverting and Ready to Fly Introductions to inversions and hand balancing.

Class 4 – Full spectrum class
Integrate what you have learned and know that there is always more.

This series is intended for people who are new to yoga or anyone with a beginners mind wanting to revue fundamentals.

Fee: In-Studio $72 (only 8 spaces available)

Yoga Mats will be available to borrow, you will be asked to sanitize your own loaner mat after use (sanitizer provided).
Please note – because of the Coronavirus pandemic we are not able provide yoga props including blocks, blankets and straps. Props are available at the studio for sale, gently used and quarantined for a total of $35/bundle.

Workshop Refund Policy:

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 100%. Less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after start of workshop.
