Get ready to play! Get out of your routine! We’ll work step-by-step through different ways to approach 3 big postures. Don’t worry, there will be a smart progression and something for each person regardless of your ability to perform any of these postures! All levels welcome AND be prepared to work your edge. This practice will be well-balanced with sections of passive release, active release and strengthening.
