Often times people jump into All Levels Vinyasa Yoga classes without taking time to learn the basics. This is not necessarily bad…although can contribute to mis-understandings and confusion about how to make yoga postures work for your body. This 4-week series will set you up for a well-informed yoga practice.

Class 1 – Steady and Joyful
Explore standing poses and find flexibility and strength in your hips.
Class 2 – Go with the Flow
Sun salutations, standing poses, and backbending fundamentals.
Class 3 – Flirting with Inverting and Ready to Fly
Introductions to inversions and hand balancing.
Class 4 – Full spectrum class
Integrate what you have learned and know that there is always more.
This series is intended for you if you are newer to yoga so you can increase your understanding of the most frequently taught postures.

Withdrawal/cancellation from any workshop with more than 24 hours notice will be credited or refunded at 100%. Less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after start of workshop.
