TEACHERBridget fell in love with yoga twenty years ago, and has been teaching here in Bend since 2010. She has studied under Baron Baptiste, Liza DiGaetano and Nancy Gilgoff and spent years practicing with Rusty Wells in the Bay Area. Her classes are smooth, dynamic and invite students to find peace by focusing more on self-acceptance than self-improvement. She hopes that students tap into a deep connection within themselves so that they can compassionately move from their heads to their hearts. Bridget believes that the best teacher is the one which resides within each of us.
Bridget is thankful for the depth, focus and compassion that yoga has given her creative life. In 2012, she co-authored and published a women’s fiction novel, “Breathe,” with two friends. Bridget continues her study of yoga here in Bend under Ashtanga teacher Julie Southwell and Rebecca Bell. Off her mat, Bridget enjoys finding peace in nature with her husband, children and three dogs. Bridget teaches All Levels Vinyasa Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6AM.
