NICOLE BAUMANN
TEACHER
When she found yoga, it felt like coming home in both her body and spirit. Through her own practice, she has experienced yoga’s ability to heal grief, deepen consciousness, cultivate mind-body connection, and awaken true potential in the spirit of dharma. When her lifelong passion for travel merged with her love of yoga, it led her to travels in Nepal, Bali, and Thailand for a deeper immersion in the culture, sacred sites, and traditions of the East.
Nicole’s classes are grounded in a blend of thoughtful sequences, clear instruction, mindful alignment, lovingly-crafted playlists, and elements inspired by the teachings of yoga. She is a RYT 500, E-RYT 200 and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with the Yoga Alliance®. She’s a graduate of The Yoga Lab’s 200-Hour and 300-Hour Vinyasa and Hatha Teacher Trainings.
When she’s not practicing, teaching, or studying yoga…you will find her traveling, enjoying live music, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and being fur mama to a rescued Mexican street dog named Maya. She has lived in Bend since 2000 with her husband.
Nicole teaches Press Play Vinyasa for all levels on Wednesdays at 5:30PM.
